Eligibility
You must be: (1) at least 18 years old; (2) a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; (3) a resident of a state in which Rise Up Lending is licensed; (4) able to provide valid identification and income verification.
Loan Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Pre-qualification uses a soft credit inquiry (no score impact). Formal application triggers a hard inquiry only with your explicit consent. All loan terms are disclosed before you sign.
Interest Rates & Fees
APR ranges from 6.5%–35.99% depending on creditworthiness, loan type, amount, and term. All applicable fees are disclosed in the loan agreement before signing. There are no prepayment penalties on any Rise Up Lending product.
Accuracy of Information
You represent that all information provided in your application is true, complete, and accurate. Providing false information is fraud and may result in immediate loan termination, reporting to law enforcement, and legal action.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Rise Up Lending funds for: illegal activities; gambling; purchase of securities or cryptocurrency; any purpose restricted by state law. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate loan acceleration.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Rise Up Lending, LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, except where prohibited by applicable state law.
